Hokay, guess what. This icon site? It's for me. But I don't mind people looking at or taking any of the icons. I don't demand you vote for something, and I don't demand that you subscribe. Of course, I like it when you do subscribe and comment, but it's not completely neccesary. Yes I do make some of the icons, but I don't need a link back if you take them. I just think it's cool that you like my icons enough to put them on your site.
Understand? No rules. I just get on this site when I have nothing better to do, which is most of the time I'm home. The icons I choose to put up are ones that I like, so don't request icons that wont fit in with the rest of mine. And. Don't be dumb, because I'm not trying to get approval from anyone, I'm just messing around. Mkay? So enjoy the icons. xD
